Harry Potter fans excitedly gathered together recently as Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, a stage play that imagines the boy wizard as a grown-up father of three, opened at London’s Palace Theatre.
Arriving for the opening gala, creator J.K. Rowling told the Press Association she was “so happy” that fans had heeded her pleas to keep the plot a secret, and said she hoped the play would one day appear on Broadway. Set 19 years after the events of Rowling’s final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the play sees a grown-up Potter working at the Ministry of Magic.
The script of the new play is achieving record sales in the UK and US. Meanwhile, the magic is hitting Asia, too, as aspiring witches and wizards crowded into bookstores to get their hands on the first copies of the new play.

If 16-year-olds can work and pay taxes, advocates contend, should they not also have a say in shaping the laws they follow? Supporters also believe

But the 23-year-old Russian national champion learned in the last few days that he did not have proper permission to perform to the music, leaving him in limbo as the Winter Games began. Given such
