A : Our new client wrote an e-mail saying they’re coming to Taiwan on the 3rd of next month to visit our company.

B : But as I recall there’s another client coming to visit on the same day.

A : We’ll have to ask him to reschedule.?

B : That’ll work. Just come up with a reason for postponing a few days.

A : 今天新客戶來信，說將於下個月3號來台訪問我們公司。

B : 可是我記得那天剛好也有另一位客戶來訪耶。

A : 只能請他改時間了。

B : 也好，編個理由請他延後幾天。
