Forget taking the dog for a walk. This dog would rather drive ¡X as long as he¡¦s at the wheel.

Musician Bryan Maher was in a Long Island cafe near New York when he noticed his Ford van on the move and his dog Bentley, a hefty boxer and Shar-Pei mix, at the wheel.

¡§I left my car running because it¡¦s cold outside and I didn¡¦t want my dog to freeze,¡¨ Maher told the Daily News. ¡§The next thing I knew, I looked up to see my van coming at me in the window.¡¨

Bentley, who had somehow set the parked vehicle in motion, crashed into the cafe window. No one was hurt, though.

¡§Bentley was wagging his tail afterward,¡¨ cafe owner Patricia McCarthy told the News.
