Tigerair Taiwan and China Airlines (CAL) today announced that several international flights were canceled or rescheduled due to Typhoon Ragasa.
The Central Weather Administration (CWA) has maintained sea and land warnings for the typhoon.

Its storm circle reached the Hengchun Peninsula (恆春半島) on Taiwan's southern tip at 11am today.
Tigerair Taiwan said it canceled Monday's IT551/IT552 Taoyuan-Da Nang, IT606/IT607 Taoyuan-Busan and IT602 Taoyuan-Seoul Incheon flights.
Tomorrow, cancelations include IT603 Seoul Incheon-Taoyuan, as well as flights between Taoyuan and Sapporo, Osaka, Tokyo Narita, Okinawa, Fukuoka, Saga, Tokyo Haneda, Nagoya, Asahikawa and Jeju.
On Wednesday, the IT321/IT322 Kaohsiung-Macau round-trip would also be canceled.
CAL announced that today's CI607 Taoyuan-Hong Kong flight was canceled, while flights departing from or arriving in Taoyuan between 5am and 12pm tomorrow may face delays or cancelations.
In addition, Taoyuan-Hong Kong and Kaohsiung-Hong Kong services on Wednesday have been canceled, with other flights subject to schedule changes.
Both airlines advised passengers to check the latest flight information via their official Web sites, mobile apps or SMS alert services.
Domestic transport was also affected today, with all flights to outlying islands canceled after noon and 88 ferry services on 13 routes suspended, according to local carriers and transportation authorities.
UNI Airways and Mandarin Airlines announced that all services between Taiwan proper and offshore islands scheduled after 12pm were canceled, while flights to Hualien and Taitung counties in eastern Taiwan were suspended for the entire day.
Both carriers advised passengers to check online for updates before traveling to the airport.
Meanwhile, the Maritime Port Bureau said sailings were canceled on the Keelung-Matsu, Nangan Fuao-Langqi (Fuzhou), Beigan Baisha-Huangqi (Fuzhou), Kinmen-Shijing (Quanzhou), Kinmen-Wutong (Xiamen), Kaohsiung-Magong, Budai-Magong, Jiangjun (Tainan)-Penghu Dongji Island, Taitung Fugang-Green Island, Fugang-Lanyu and Houbi Lake-Lanyu routes.
In addition, 24 trips on the Donggang-Xiaoliuqiu route and three on the Yanpu-Xiaoliuqiu route were suspended.
The bureau urged travelers not to visit offshore islands during the storm and advised those already there to return as soon as possible.
Ragasa is expected to come closest to Taiwan from this afternoon and have its greatest impact on the nation through tomorrow.
The sea warning would likely be lifted tomorrow evening, the CWA said.
