The Taipei District Prosecutors' Office placed the couple on the wanted list on Jan. 25. Arrest warrants for the couple are valid for 25 years.
Prosecutors are seeking a 30 year sentence and a fine of NT$1.71 billion (US$52.13 million) for Wang You-theng.
Wang's wife faces 28 years in prison and a NT$710 million fine if convicted.

Yesterday's hearing marked the first time that everybody involved in each of the eight mini-trials was summoned at the same time.
