However, due to the missed catch in the final, Tang finished with a score of 13.266, gaining 7.166 for execution, in a 6.1 difficulty rating.
The gold medal went to Milad Karimi of Kazakhstan, who scored 14.666 points.
Tang, who won the bronze medal in high bar at the 2024 Paris Olympics, said he had performed the routine better during practice.
“I actually did that move well in recent practice, so I did not see that [fall] coming,” he said. “It is fine anyway. I believe I will find my groove soon once I better master some key skills.”
Twenty-eight-year-old Tang won a gold medal in the horizontal bar at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, where he also picked up the silver medal in the floor exercise.
Tang is to fly to Doha for the next competition in the World Cup series, which is scheduled to be held from tomorrow to Saturday.
If the Wild finally break through and win their first playoff series in a decade, Minnesota’s top line likely will be the reason. They were all over the Golden Knights through the first two games of their NHL Western Conference quarter-finals series, which was 1-1 going back to Minnesota for Game 3 today. The Wild tied the series with a 5-2 win on Tuesday. Matt Boldy had three goals and an assist in the first two games, while Kirill Kaprizov produced two goals and three assists. Joel Eriksson Ek, who centers the line, has yet to get on the scoresheet. “I think the biggest

Speculation has been rife that the Uruguay international, whom Slot criticized for his work rate against Wolves and Aston Villa in February, was left out for disciplinary reasons. Asked on Friday to clarify the situation, Slot said: “He
