Taiwan’s table tennis players Lin Tzu-yu (林姿妤) and Chen Po-yen (陳柏諺) grabbed two more gold medals Wednesday at the Asian Paralympic Games in Hangzhou, China, bringing the team’s total gold count to three after winning a men’s taekwondo event earlier this week.
In a women’s singles class 10 final, Lin beat another Taiwanese player Tian Shiau-wen (田曉雯), 3-2.
Tian, a bronze medalist at the Tokyo Paralympic Games two years ago, is also partnering with Lin this time in the women’s doubles class WD20 and will compete in the quarterfinals on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Chen beat Takeshi Takemori of Japan in the men’s singles class 11 Final, 3-0.
Earlier in the day, table tennis players Lin Chun-ting (林 駿梃) and Su Jin-sian (蘇晉賢) also bagged Taiwan two bronzes in men’s singles class 10.
In addition, Wu Nung-pin (吳農彬) won bronze in men’s long jump-T13.
