The person who opened the bottle of beer with the winning cap last week insisted the Toyota Land Cruiser should be his. The man who paid for the round claimed it was his prize. But by yesterday, the two had agreed to sell the vehicle and split the winnings -- and even give their friends and the bar owner a cut, according to Nguyen Van Son, one of the two winners. With that money, the two co-winners plan to give US$1,300 to the owner of the bar they were drinking in and a total of US$2,700 to the three others at their table, he said.
