Iraqi PM plans cross-party talks

In a written statement on Sunday addressed to the Arab world, Dulaimi, the Sunni coalition leader, claimed that Shiite death squads and Iranian agents were conducting "genocide" against Sunnis with the tacit approval of government institutions.

Dulaimi said in an interview on Sunday night that the coalition has "reached a point of desperation with this government, and there are no ways to continue with it."

"We decided to leave the government and absolutely will never return back," he said.
