The Taiwan Art Design and Architecture Center (TADA) in Taichung will feature free performances every Saturday until the end of next month, the Council for Cultural Affairs announced yesterday. Under the council's sponsorship, TADA has lined up a series of performances by local artists and performing groups at the site of a former Taichung winery near Taichung's railway station. Members of the public are invited to the free performances, which are scheduled to begin at 4:30pm every Saturday. Artists and groups scheduled to perform at TADA include: the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, the Little Frog Theater, Tulanshan Troupe with Canadian musician Matthew Lien, the Sky Bridge Singing Group, Casper Tsai with the Boys From Bolivia, and a youth dancing group.
