DPP spokesman Tsai Huang-liang (蔡煌瑯), who is also the director of the DPP's Department of Culture and Information, will be promoted to DPP deputy secretary-general. The director of the DPP's Department of Social Development, Lin Yu-chang (林右昌), will take over as DPP Chairman Yu Shyi-kun's special assistant, as his predecessor Liu Chien-hsin (劉建忻) will now serve as deputy minister of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission.
