A group of volunteer doctors from Taiwan helped treat 300 Fijians during a free clinic in Nausori, Fiji, a story reported by the Fiji Times said yesterday. According to the report, the group of 11 doctors, including a pediatrician, a neurosurgeon and a dentist, provided a day of free medical service to the Fijian town. The Taiwanese medical team hoped to promote friendship between the two countries, the head of the team was quoted as saying in the report.
