Taiwan Quick Take: Vietnamese magazine out

A magazine catering for Vietnamese women married to Taiwanese men was launched in Kaohsiung on Wednesday. The quarterly magazine is published by a Christian family service association and will be given free to households with Vietnamese spouses. The magazine will mainly be in Vietnamese, with Chinese as a supplementary language. According to official tallies, Kaohsiung has 801 families with foreign spouses, with 60 percent coming from Vietnam.
