Taiwan Quick Take: Troupes to tour the US

Four performing arts groups will depart for the US today to participate in the annual Taiwanese American Heritage Week, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission said yesterday. The annual festival is part of the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, held n the second week of May. The groups include the Taipei Folk Dance Theater, the Hong Sheng Lion Dancers and Taiyuan Puppetry.
