Countries with prohibitions are Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Mexico, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Surrogacy is legal in Brazil, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Mexico, Holland, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and some states in the US.
