Travis Outlaw scored the final eight points for New Jersey to help the Nets beat the Toronto Raptors 137-136 in triple-overtime and sweep the NBA’s European doubleheader on Saturday.
Outlaw made two free throws with 12.6 seconds remaining to put the Nets ahead for good, while Andrea Bargnani missed a jumper at the buzzer.
Brook Lopez had 34 points and 14 rebounds for the Nets, but he fouled out in the second overtime. Deron Williams added 21 points and 18 assists for his fifth straight double-double since joining the team from Utah last week. Outlaw finished with 14 points.

New Jersey won the first game 116-103 on Friday. It’s the first time the NBA has staged regular-season games in Europe.

In Houston, Texas, Kevin Martin scored 20 points, while Chase Budinger and Kyle Lowry added 18 apiece as Houston won for the sixth time in their last seven games.
Luis Scola scored 16 and Chuck Hayes had 10 rebounds for the Rockets, who are climbing back into the Western Conference playoff race. Houston began the night in 11th place, only three games behind Memphis for the eighth spot in the playoffs.
Tyler Hansbrough scored 17 points, Danny Granger added 16 and Roy Hibbert had 15 for the Pacers, who’ve dropped five of six.

In Salt Lake City, Utah, Al Jefferson scored 27 points, while Raja Bell had two crucial jumpers and a steal in overtime to lift Utah past Sacramento.
Jefferson scored six points in overtime to lead a 10-2 Utah run that put the game away.
Andrei Kirilenko and Bell each finished with 16 points for the Jazz, who had lost three straight coming into the game.
DeMarcus Cousins had 18 points and 18 rebounds, while Francisco Garcia returned from 21 games on the sidelines with a strained left calf to add 18.
Trail Blazers 93, Bobcats 69
In Portland, Oregon, LaMarcus Aldridge scored 26 points to lead Portland over Charlotte a little more than a week after the two teams pulled off a trade just minutes before the deadline.
Patty Mills scored 12 points and Brandon Roy had 10 for the Trail Blazers.
Gerald Henderson scored 16 points for the Bobcats, who have lost four straight, all on the road.
The Blazers sent Joel Przybilla, Sean Marks, Dante Cunningham and a pair of draft picks to Charlotte on Feb. 24 in exchange for Gerald Wallace, who was the last original member of the seven-year-old Bobcats.
The deal was struck just seven minutes before the deadline.
