Goalie Marty Turco recorded his 200th NHL career victory on Friday as the Dallas Stars beat the Anaheim Ducks 4-2.

Stephane Robidas scored twice in the second period for the Stars, who have won eight straight and extended their lead over the Ducks in the Pacific Division to six points.

The Ducks had won five in a row, and the reigning Stanley Cup champs sit fourth in Western Conference playoff standings.

Turco made 20 saves to earn his milestone victory.

    Kings 6, Flames 3

In Los Angeles, the home side snapped a six-game losing streak against Calgary.

Ted Purcell scored his first NHL goal and Brian Boyle notched his fourth in seven games since his promotion from the minors.

The Kings have the NHL's worst record, but this win moved them within two points of next-worst Toronto.

Blue Jackets 5, Red Wings 1

In Detroit, NHL leader Detroit slumped to its fifth-straight defeat in losing to Columbus.

The Red Wings' form slump has seen their lead over Dallas as the NHL's best team cut to 10 points, but they remain 21 points clear atop the Central Division and playoff bound.

The win moved the Blue Jackets within two points of a playoff-qualifying eighth place in the Western Conference.

    Thrashers 4, Devils 3, SO

In Newark, New Jersey, Atlanta equalized with just 18.1 seconds left in regulation and then beat New Jersey in a shootout.

Marian Hossa scored the tying goal for the Thrashers, and Pascual Dupuis had the decisive tally in the 10th round of the shootout.

The Thrashers victory moved them equal top of the tight Southeast Division, while a point was enough for New Jersey to move equal top of the Atlantic Division.

    Panthers 4, Capitals 2

In Sunrise, Florida, the home side rallied with two third-period goals to beat Washington.

Nathan Horton and Kamil Kreps scored in the third period for the Panthers, who won for the first time since Richard Zednik's gruesome neck injury.

The Panthers tied Washington for third place in the Southeast Division, two points behind division leaders Atlanta and Carolina.
