Today's 15th stage, a 180.5km route from Valreas to Villard-de-Lans, sees the peloton enter the Alps. Tomorrow perhaps offers a small glimmer of hope in the first individual time-trial, a 15.5km race up the legendary L'Alpe d'Huez.
