I never said that "the UN could start acting as the `Internet police' and ensure tighter Internet security," as Alec van Gelder's article says, quoting Lehigh University's student newspaper ("If the Internet ain't broke, do not try to fix it," Oct. 28, page 9). I said that business, national authorities, Internet users, the UN and others see Internet security as a problem to be tackled.
