Fingerprinting is not on
Recently there has been a lot of talk about Taiwanese having to submit their fingerprints to the authorities. I believe the idea is sound; after all, foreigners who come to live or work in Taiwan must register with the Foreign Affairs Police. Taiwanese having to submit their own fingerprints shows that the government truly understands what it means to have "equal rights" for all. Not.
