Music Web site offers payments

"The music industry is entering a new phase and it needs to find new ways of making money," Chang Yi-ping (張議平), popularly known as 43 Zhang (張四十三) and head of local independent label Taiwan Colors Music Co (角頭音樂), said yesterday. "I don't reject this system of payment and this kind of service, but it does depend on what exactly they're offering. I would be willing to consider cooperating with them."
