Rangers on Wednesday returned to the UEFA Champions League group stage for the first time in 12 years with a 1-0 win at PSV Eindhoven, while Dinamo Zagreb also qualified with an extra-time win over Norway’s Bodo/Glimt.
Antonio Colak tapped in the winner for the Glasgow side on the hour after Milik Tillam robbed PSV defender Andre Ramalho and slipped the ball across the penalty area to the Croatian forward, who made no mistake.
Rangers reached the UEFA Europa League final last season, losing to Eintracht Frankfurt, and their return to the group stage of the Champions League completes an impressive turnaround for the Scottish club.

After being hit by financial troubles and going into liquidation, Rangers had to start again in the fourth tier of Scottish soccer in 2012.
“It’s difficult to describe in words, it was a great team performance. It’s an amazing journey we’ll have this year and I’m so proud of all of these guys,” Colak said.
“I was in tears on the pitch, it was just a moment of joy. As a kid I always wanted to compete at this level and to be here is amazing,” he said.

With Celtic also in the group stage, Scotland have both their giants in the elite competition for the first time since 2007-2008.
Dinamo Zagreb needed extra-time to get past Bodo/Glimt 4-1, securing a 4-2 aggregate victory, after letting their early advantage slip.
Mislav Orsic fired Dinamo ahead from a tight angle in the fourth minute and then a brilliant bicycle-kick from Bruno Petkovic extended the lead, making it 2-1 on aggregate.
However, the Norwegian champions fought their way back into the game with Albert Gronbaek leveling the tie on aggregate in the 70th minute with a shot that Dinamo goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic should have kept out.
Dinamo restored their advantage early in the second period of extra-time with a composed finish from the edge of the penalty area by Josip Drmic and then made sure of the victory with a goal on the break from Petar Bockaj.
Copenhagen also made the group stage after a 0-0 draw at Turkey’s Trabzonspor secured a 2-1 aggregate win.
SSC Napoli’s Italian Serie A title hopes suffered a late setback on Sunday when they were held to a 2-2 draw at home against Genoa, setting up a thrilling season finale with closest rivals Inter just one point behind. The hosts remain top with 78 points, holding a slim lead over Inter, who won 2-0 at Torino earlier on Sunday, with two rounds remaining. To make matters worse for Napoli, midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, struggling with an ankle injury, was forced off just minutes after the match began. Scott McTominay delivered a perfect pass into the box where Romelu Lukaku got
Harry Kane opened the scoring ahead of lifting his first career silverware as Bayern Munich beat Borussia Moenchengladbach 2-0, with veteran Thomas Mueller playing his last home game for the club. Bayern officially won the title on May 4 when defending champions Bayer Leverkusen were held to a 2-2 draw at Freiburg, but were presented with the Bundesliga shield in front of their home fans at full-time. Dripping wet after being showered with beer by teammates, Kane said the title win was “an incredible feeling,” and hoped it would be “the first of many.” “It’s been lot of hard work, a lot of
