Manu Ginobili scored 25 points, Tony Parker added 23, and the San Antonio Spurs kept the Miami Heat winless with an 88-78 victory in the NBA on Wednesday.
Ginobili hit four of the Spurs' seven 3-pointers and scored 12 points in the third quarter, after San Antonio led by only one at halftime in a game between the two most recent NBA champions.
Tim Duncan had 12 points and eight rebounds and Francisco Elson had 12 points and 14 rebounds for San Antonio.

The Heat, still without a recovering Dwyane Wade, are 0-4. The Spurs bounced back from their first loss of the season to Houston on Tuesday.
Shaquille O'Neal led the Heat with 17 points. Ricky Davis had 14 and Udonis Haslem scored 10 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
JAZZ 103, CAVALIERS 101
At Salt Lake City, Deron Williams made a layup with 1.3 seconds remaining, and Utah overcame LeBron James' triple-double and tying 3-pointer in a victory over Cleveland.
Carlos Boozer had 23 points and 12 rebounds and Paul Millsap scored a career-high 24 points for the Jazz, who needed Williams to save them by driving the length of the court after James tied the score at 101 with 6 seconds left with his seventh straight point for the Cavs.
James finished with 32 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists -- his 11th career triple-double.
HAWKS 105, SUNS 96
At Atlanta, Josh Smith scored 22 points, Al Horford led a dominant performance on the boards and Atlanta beat another 60-win team from last season.
Atlanta led throughout the second half, but Phoenix was right there when Steve Nash drove for a basket with 4:42 remaining.
Marvin Williams, who had 20 points and 12 rebounds, responded by hitting back-to-back jumpers, keeping Phoenix from mounting a comeback.
Nash scored 34 points but Shawn Marion, with 20, was the only other significant offensive contributor.
76ERS 94, BOBCATS 63
At Philadelphia, Andre Iguodala scored 19 points, Willie Green had 14 and Philadelphia jumped on Charlotte early and never let up in a win.
The Bobcats played without point guard Raymond Felton after he hurt his left knee a night earlier against Phoenix. Without the speedy Felton leading Charlotte's up-tempo offense, the Bobcats flopped from the start.
MAGIC 105, RAPTORS 96
At Toronto, Hedo Turkoglu had 24 points and a career-high 15 rebounds and Rashard Lewis scored 24 points as Orlando beat Toronto.
The Magic's Keith Bogans had 17 points and 11 rebounds, while Dwight Howard added 17 points.
One night after he failed to make a field goal for just the second time in his NBA career, Toronto's Chris Bosh scored 26 points, going 6-for-15 from the floor and making all 14 of his free throw attempts. Bosh also had 10 rebounds.
Andrea Bargnani had 16 points for Toronto, while T.J. Ford had 12 points and eight assists.
Clippers 104, Pacers 89
At Indianapolis, Sam Cassell scored 35 points to lead Los Angeles over Indiana in a matchup of unbeaten teams.
Cassell was 13-for-20 from the field to tie his highest point total since he joined the Clippers in 2005.
Chris Kaman added 15 points and 22 rebounds for the Clippers.
Los Angeles guard Cuttino Mobley left the game holding his right groin with 6:41 remaining in the first quarter and did not return. Mobley scored 33 points on Tuesday against Chicago.
CELTICS 119, NUGGETS 92
At Boston, Paul Pierce scored 26 points, Kevin Garnett added 23 points and 13 rebounds, and Boston shot 72 percent during an overpowering first half en route to a victory over Denver.
Boston improved to 3-0 overall and has beaten its two opponents at home this season by an average of 24 points.
Ray Allen scored 22 points and is shooting 63 percent since joining the Celtics.
