Anna Chakvetadze beat fifth-seeded Slovak Daniela Hantuchova 6-3, 6-4 on Friday to set up a final meeting with top seed Jelena Jankovic.
The Serbian had earlier overcome Dinara Safina to triumph 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (8/6).
"It wasn't easy. Dinara is an excellent grasscourt player -- she was a finalist here last year -- and served very well," Jankovic said.

In the men's competition Croatian Ivan Ljubicic reached the final with a tough 7-6 (7/1), 3-6, 6-4 victory over Frenchman Julien Benneteau.
"I feel very good at the moment, I'm playing really well. It was like that last week at Queen's but it's even better here," Ljubicic said.
The other semi-final between home hope Peter Wessels and Frenchman Anthony Dupuis was suspended overnight because of rain with Wessels leading 6-5 in the first set.
Earlier in the day Dupuis finished off his rain-interrupted quarter-final against German Benjamin Becker with a 7-6 (7/4), 6-3 win.
Defending champion Justine Henin completed her preparations for Wimbledon with a 7-5, 6-7, 7-6 win yesterday over second-seeded Amelie Mauresmo in the final of the Eastbourne International.
The match was a repeat of last year's Wimbledon final, but Mauresmo beat Henin then.
Henin remained unbeaten in her eight matches at Eastbourne.
It was also Henin's third win in four matches over Mauresmo since losing to her at Wimbledon.
Mauresmo broke to lead 3-1 in the first set but allowed Henin to level in the seventh game on her sixth break point.
After trading breaks one more time, Henin got a third break to go up 6-5 and then closed out the set with an ace.
Henin also got a quick break in the second set to lead 2-1 with a backhand winner, but Mauresmo fought back to even the score at 4-4. Mauresmo went on to dominate the tiebreaker, building a 6-1 lead before converting her fourth set point.
Mauresmo hit a forehand winner to lead 3-2 in the final set and she claimed her next two service games without surrendering a point.
But she failed to serve out the match at 5-4 when Henin broke with a forehand pass and the Belgian went on to drop just two points in the tiebreaker.
