Juventus clinched its 29th "Scudetto" with 91 points from 38 matches.
But reports in Italy suggested that the Turin club, whose entire board resigned on Thursday after the team was linked to a refereeing scandal, may be stripped of the title if fraud is proven.
Luciano Moggi, whose wiretapped conversations touched off the scandal engulfing Italian soccer, announced he was resigning as Juventus general director.
Moggi, who was in Bari to celebrate the title, suggested he was retiring from soccer for good.
AC Milan beat AS Roma 2-1 at San Siro to finish second. Brazilians Kaka and Marcio Amoroso converted penalty kicks to give the team 88 points.
Juventus' title never was at risk after Trezeguet headed in the opening goal in the 23rd minute at the neutral field in Bari because Reggina was banned from playing at home.

Amoroso, seldom fielded since his arrival in January, gave Milan a last-minute victory by ring from the penalty spot after Cesare Bovo pulled Gilardino's jersey as the striker was about to score.
