Assistant manager of Taiwan Water Corporation Third Branch, Hsieh Chang-hao stated that some residents were borrowing the site to hold events with large numbers of people. Soon after, they discovered that the area had become dirty and the water pipes had somehow been destroyed, leading to the water leaking everywhere inside the public toilet, Hsieh said. Taiwan Water Corp is rushing to ask the manufacturer to come fix the problem.
