The bird that this egg came from must be really big!
Of course, this egg is too big to be a real egg. It is a piece of art. In some places, people like to go to the beach when it is hot out so that their skin turns brown. But since doing that isn't very good for your health, the artist who made this egg is warning people that the hot sun can fry people, just like it can fry an egg.
Sometimes when it is really hot outside, you can say, "It's hot enough today to fry an egg!" This means that if you put an egg on the ground, the ground is hot enough to cook the egg just like a stove would. Of course, you wouldn't want to eat this egg. It would be full of sand!
