LETTERS: Edison Chen is a normal guy

I would like to express my sympathy for Edison Chen. I don't think he is terribly wild, or sex-crazed, or any other such thing. In reality, he is a handsome, single man, who dates beautiful, single girls, who happen to be celebrities.

Any normal boy with the opportunity might take advantage of the chance to date the same stars. And, while it may not be a really good practice, it's pretty normal to have sex after a movie or dinner. His fault was in taking pictures of it. But even then, a normal, single man, would want pictures of dates with the stars. I don't think the media furor is warranted. It's only normal -- though perhaps not wise -- behavior from a normal young man.
