Two sexual assault complaints that were dropped against comedian “Nono” Chen Hsuan-yu (陳宣裕) are to be reinvestigated, after the High Prosecutors’ Office determined that the initial investigation was incomplete.
Last year, 10 sexual assault complaints were filed against the entertainer after an online influencer posted on Facebook accusing him of groping her in a vehicle.
She was followed by YouTuber Anissa (小紅老師), who said that after going public, she received similar stories involving Nono from other women.

Nono has denied all of the accusations.
The Taipei District Prosecutors’ Office in December last year transferred seven of the complaints to the Shilin District Prosecutors’ Office for investigation and dismissed the other three over a lack of evidence.
Two of the three complainants then appealed to the High Prosecutors’ Office, saying there were flaws in the Taipei prosecutors’ reasoning.
The higher office on Wednesday said it determined that the first investigations were incomplete and sent the cases back to Taipei prosecutors.
Since the Taipei office does not have jurisdiction over the cases, they were transferred to the Shilin office for further investigation.
