The band’s first single, Air, which was released in May 2004, was the inspiration for the name of the anniversary tour.
Sodagreen began as an indie band, but later rose to mainstream popularity, becoming the first local indie band to perform at the Taipei Arena.
Known for their charismatic stage presence, the band are also popular for the poetic lyrics of their songs and the wide vocal range of their lead singer, Wu Ching-feng (吳青峰).
Sodagreen have released seven studio albums since 2007.
Among their best known songs are Little Universe (小宇宙), Little Love Song (小情歌) and Incomparable Beauty (無與倫比的美麗).
The band were awarded the Best Band Award in 2007 and 2008 at the nation’s Golden Melody Awards.
