‘Secret’ cable details US talks

US-TAIWAN SECURITY:The cable reveals fears that increasing numbers of participants in talks dilute their value, and that talks might get bogged down on technical issues

The AIT-led talks are held by the Political-Military Working Group and occur twice a year. They discuss military issues including hardware, software, training, doctrine and internal processes.
