An international street dance competition will be held next month, with amateur dance lovers from across the world vying for a cash prize of US$10,000. The first-round qualifiers will be selected in Pingtung County starting on July 8. The final qualifier is set to be held in Tamsui from July 14, with the champion to be decided the following day, organizers said. The competition will be divided into two categories -- Hip Hop and B-Boy -- and dancers from Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan have applied.
