Some Polish students are now studying Mandarin in Taiwan while some Taiwan students are studying in Poland. "It's a great exchange plan for both countries. Both Polish and Taiwanese governments offer scholarships to students who are from the other country. Students can learn not only languages, they can learn cultures and understand people. I ensure all of them will go back their own countries with great experience. It's an important and necessary investment for the governments," said Mr. Nowacki.
