In Palermo, Bogliacino put Napoli in front by heading in a cross from Ezequiel Lavezzi in the 55th minute for his first Serie A goal. The midfielder was hit in the face by a defender and cut, but he continued playing after getting bandaged.
Two minutes later, Tedesco equalized with an off-balance shot that deflected in off a Napoli defender. Tedesco's winner in the 66th minute came from a corner.
Referee Roberto Rosetti blew for a penalty kick for Palermo in the 75th minute for an apparent hand ball, but a linesman correctly clarified that the ball hit Napoli defender Gyorgy Garics on the chest.
Tedesco and Franco Brienza both hit the post for Palermo within two minutes of each other in the first half.
Marek Hamsik's shot skimmed just over the crossbar for Napoli in the 18th minute and Lavezzi's attempt in the 42nd minute was straight at Palermo goalkeeper Alberto Fontana.
Palermo were without their top two strikers, as Amauri was banned and Fabrizio Miccoli was injured.
In Genoa, Sampdoria took the lead against visitors Empoli when Giacomazzi directed the ball into his own net while trying to prevent Christian Maggio from getting to a loose ball directly in front of goal.
Maggio then provided the pass that Montella redirected in for the 140th Serie A goal of his career.
Sammarco scored from close range off a backheel from Andrea Caracciolo.
