Brian Boucher recorded his third consecutive shutout, stopping 26 shots as the Phoenix Coyotes beat the Carolina Hurricanes 3-0 on Sunday.
Boucher posted his first shutout of the streak in a 4-0 win over the Kings in Phoenix on Dec. 31, then stopped 35 shots in the 6-0 victory over Dallas on Friday.
He has now stretched his personal unbeaten streak to seven games (4-0-3) with his third shutout of the season and 10th of his career.
Ladislav Nagy, Jan Hrdina and Paul Mara each scored goals for the Coyotes, who have won three straight games and picked up at least a point in their last nine.
Branko Radivojevic assisted on all three goals for Phoenix.
Canadiens 4, Capitals 1
In Montreal, Michael Ryder scored twice and added an assist to lead Montreal to a 4-1 win over the Washington Capitals.
Sheldon Souray and Joe Juneau also scored, while Jose Theodore made 19 saves for the Canadiens, who are unbeaten in its last four (3-0-1).
Oilers 4, Blackhawks 3
In Chicago, Ethan Moreau scored early in the third period to lift Edmonton to a 4-3 win over the Blackhawks.
Ryan Smyth had a goal and an assist, while Brad Isbister and Jarret Stoll also scored for the Oilers.
Avalanche 3, Wild 1
In Denver, Teemu Selanne, Milan Hejduk and Peter Forsberg scored goals to erase a 1-0 deficit and guide the Colorado Avalanche to a 3-1 win over the Minnesota Wild.
