The program to transfer water by ship to Penghu, which had been suspended due to the typhoon over the past few days, will be resumed in two days, officials said.

The head of the Council of Agriculture's Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, Wu Hui-lung (吳輝龍), encouraged the public to call the free emergency line if they are trapped by landslides -- 0800-246-246.
