The e-mail, circulated around the country, carries the title "Now this is what we call a year-end party" (這才叫尾牙) on its subject line. Attached to the e-mail are five graphic pictures of a group of men touching and kissing a naked young woman at a party.
According to the media reports, the photos were taken at the THSRC's year-end party, held at one of the company's construction sites on Feb. 1.
The photos reportedly feature male employees touching and kissing a stripper.
One of the company's foreign employees is reportedly pictured with the woman sitting on his lap as he bites her breasts in front of his colleagues.
In response to the e-mail, staff at THSRC said yesterday that the party was actually held by a contractor, and that the company had no idea that such indecent "entertainment" would be featured beforehand.
When the employees were asked whether the firm's high-level managers attended the party, the employees laughed and would not answer.

While CGA vessels were dispatched to expel the Chinese boats, Chinese coast guard ships trespassed into Taiwan’s restricted waters and unsuccessfully attempted to interfere, the CGA said. Due to the provocation, the CGA initiated an operation to increase

The Chinese military has boosted its capability to fight at a high tempo using the element of surprise and new technology, the Ministry of National Defense said in the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) published on Monday last week. The ministry highlighted Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) developments showing significant changes in Beijing’s strategy for war on Taiwan. The PLA has made significant headway in building capabilities for all-weather, multi-domain intelligence, surveillance, operational control and a joint air-sea blockade against Taiwan’s lines of communication, it said. The PLA has also improved its capabilities in direct amphibious assault operations aimed at seizing strategically important beaches,
