Resurgent Sidney Crosby scored two power-play goals and Marc-Andre Fleury returned from a concussion and made 38 saves as the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the New York Islanders 5-2 on Saturday night.
Crosby scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season and has 10 points in his last seven games. After scoring just six goals in his first 32 games, Crosby has five scores in his last five contests.
Fleury made his first start since Dec. 14. The Penguins won just three of eight games without him.

Pittsburgh has won four of six after dropping their first four games under new coach Mike Sullivan.
Evgeni Malkin had three assists and has seven points over his last three games. Kris Letang also had three assists and has six points over his last two games. Phil Kessel scored his 12th of the season, Patric Hornqvist his eighth and Matt Cullen added a short-handed goal and an assist.
John Tavares got his 15th goal and Nick Leddy also scored for New York after the Penguins built a 5-0 lead.
BLUE JACKETS 5, CAPITALS 4, SO
In Columbus, Ohio, Jack Johnson and Brandon Saad each had two goals and Ryan Johansen scored in the third round of the shootout as last-place Columbus gave Eastern Conference-leading Washington their first losing streak this season.
Columbus goalie Anton Forsberg relieved injured Curtis McElhinney 55 seconds into overtime and picked up his first career win after making six saves before the shoot-out.
Columbus beat NHL-leading Dallas 6-3 on Tuesday last week.
Johansen slowed at the hash marks and flipped a shot over Braden Holtby’s glove. Brandon Dubinsky also scored in the shoot-out and Forsberg made stops on Evgeny Kuznetsov and Nicklas Backstrom.
Holtby allowed more than three goals for only the second time this season. T.J. Oshie and Jason Chimera had power-play goals for Washington, and Marcus Johansson and Kuznetsov also scored.
Saad tied it with 1:08 left after Kuznetsov’s go-ahead tally early in the third.
DEVILS 3, STARS 2, OT
In Newark, New Jersey, John Moore scored a power-play goal 1:47 into overtime to give New Jersey a victory over NHL-leading Dallas.
With Jamie Benn in the penalty box for hooking, Moore intercepted a Stars clearing attempt and fired the puck past Antti Niemi.
Kyle Palmieri and Bobby Farnham scored second-period goals and Cory Schneider made 29 saves for the Devils, who have their first three-game winning streak since October.
Patrick Sharp and Colton Sceviour scored in the third period as Dallas overcame a 2-0 deficit to force overtime. Niemi made 27 saves for the Stars, who are 5-1-2 in their last eight games.
The Devils prevailed despite the absence of Mike Cammalleri, their leading scorer. He was scratched before the game, and the team did not provide a medical update.

In Sunrise, Florida, Roberto Luongo stopped 39 shots for his third shutout of the season as the Florida Panthers beat the New York Rangers 3-0 on Saturday night for their franchise-record eighth straight win.
Brandon Pirri, Vincent Trocheck and Logan Shaw each scored to help Florida regain first place in the Atlantic Division.
