The Anaheim Ducks piled on five goals in the last 14 minutes to overwhelm Calgary 6-3 on Friday and push their points lead in the NHL Pacific Division into double figures.
The Ducks moved 10 points clear of the Vancouver Canucks, who lost in New Jersey.
In the Central Division, the second-placed St Louis Blues beat the Boston Bruins to move five points clear of the third-placed Chicago Blackhawks, who were beaten at home by the Colorado Avalanche.

Anaheim trailed Calgary 2-1 in the third period before Francois Beauchemin netted the equalizer.
Ryan Getzlaf then put the Ducks ahead with a fluke goal midway through the period. His slap-shot from the blue line went over the net and rebounded off the end boards, deflecting in off the back leg of the Calgary goaltender.
Kyle Palmieri, Jakob Silferberg and Hampus Lindholm all added goals for Anaheim, who first got on the board in the second period through Andrew Cogliano.
Matt Stajan, Lance Bouma and Sean Monahan scored for the Flames.
St Louis’ Vladimir Tarasenko became the youngest Blues player in 23 years to score 30 goals in a season, getting the last two scores in the 5-1 victory over Boston.
Tarasenko’s 30th of the season capped a four-goal second period and he got his 31st midway through the third. At 23 years, 65 days, he is the team’s youngest to reach 30 goals since Brendan Shanahan in 1991-1992.
Petteri Lindbohm, Alex Pietrangelo and T.J. Oshie scored on the Blues’ first three shots of the second, prompting the removal of the Bruins’ rookie goalie Malcolm Subban.
Brad Marchand scored for Boston, who lost their sixth in a row.
Colorado’s Tyson Barrie had two goals and an assist as the Avalanche won 4-1 in Chicago.
Gabriel Landeskog scored for the fifth straight game and Brad Stuart added his second goal of the season when Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford badly misplayed his shot from center ice.

New Jersey’s Mike Cammalleri scored twice in the Devils’ 4-2 victory over Vancouver.
Jordin Tootoo and Patrik Elias also scored for the Devils, who have taken at least a point from 12 of their past 14 home games.
