Kuwait dominated from the start and scored all of their goals in the first half.
Youssef Nassir opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, followed a minute later by Fahad al-Inizi’s first goal.

Badr al-Mutawa made it 3-0 in the 29th minute, before al-Inizi netted his second of the night to complete the rout.
Kuwait, who won the Gulf Cup in Yemen early last month, opens play next week at the Asia Cup against China.
Hosts Qatar and Uzbekistan are also in Kuwait’s group.

Midfielder Ryang Yong-gi converted a penalty in the 69th minute and North Korea’s stingy defense neutralized the Qatar attack to hold on for the victory.
North Korea open play at the Asian Cup against the United Arab Emirates.
Iran and defending champions Iraq are also in North Korea’s group.
