Quentin Richardson scored 27 points and Eddy Curry 24, 12 in the fourth quarter, to lead the New York Knicks over Cleveland 101-98 on Wednesday, snapping the Cavaliers' six-game home winning streak in the NBA.
Curry and Jamal Crawford combined for 23 of New York's 28 points in the fourth as the Knicks, playing their second game in two nights, improved to 5-5 on the road. Maybe they should stay away from Madison Square Garden, where they are just 1-6.
Richardson, who missed Tuesday's game in Chicago with a strained hamstring, was 5-of-7 on 3-pointers and added nine rebounds. New York made nine 3-pointers -- the biggest by Crawford with 1:46 left to put the Knicks up 97-93.

Johnson missed his first five shots and had only two points in the opening quarter before scoring 22 in the second.
Raymond Felton and Sean May each scored 21 points for Charlotte. The Bobcats were 0-for-13 from the field to start the game before a jumper by May with 4:07 left in the period.

Dominik Szoboszlai restored Liverpool’s advantage just before halftime, but Brighton staged a late fightback as Kaoru Mitoma leveled before Hinshelwood came off the bench to net with his first touch. Logan O’Hoppe, Taylor Ward and Matthew Lugo homered, and the Los Angeles Angels spoiled Clayton Kershaw’s season debut, beating the Los Angeles Dodgers 11-9 on Saturday night to take the first two games of the three-game series. Kershaw allowed three runs and threw 38 pitches in the first inning. The three-time National League Cy Young Award winner lasted four innings, giving up five runs on five hits with three walks and two strikeouts.
