American Stewart Cink captured his second title of the year with a win at the World Golf Championship Invitational on Sunday.
Cink carded a even-par 70 to finish at 11-under 269, four strokes ahead of runner-ups Tiger Woods and Rory Sabbatini of South Africa.
Cink became the first player to win an event this year while leading after the first, second and third rounds.
With an 0-6 record when heading into a final round, Cink erased those bad memories at the Firestone Country Club.
Starting the round with a five-shot cushion, Cink forced his pursuers -- among them Woods -- to take risks. Sabbatini was the lone player to get close, pulling within two shots after a birdie at the 14th.
Cink made 14 pars to go with two birdies and two bogeys in an even-par 70.
He closed with a birdie to finish at 11-under 269, while Woods (69) and Sabbatini (68) finished in a tie for second at 273. Woods maintained his world No. 1 ranking for a record 333rd week.
