A news anchor is telling people about an ‘emergency kit’.
一位主播正在說明有關緊急避難包。
Good evening, everyone. This is Nancy Smith from United Daily News. Did the earthquake this early morning wake you up? If you have only one minute, what would you carry?
I’m going to show you my emergency kit.
Here are a bottle of water, some cookies, and a first aid kit. A blanket, a towel, and some medicine are important, too. I also have a flashlight and batteries. Oh! Don’t forget to put the copy of your ID card and some money into your bag!
Remember to check the kit every six months.
Do you have a list of things for your emergency kit? Make one now!

South Korea’s famous kimchi is falling victim to climate change, with scientists, farmers and manufacturers saying the quality and quantity of the napa cabbage that is pickled to make the ubiquitous dish is suffering due to rising temperatures.
