“3-3-3” Student Physical Exercise Plan
為此教育部推動了「三三三計畫」，即每星期至少運動三次；每次最少三十分鐘；每次運動以後，心跳能達到每分鐘一百三十次以上。期許學生能養成規律運動的習慣，以增加體適能，維護身體健康。
In order to promote students self-care through physical exercise, the Ministry of Education developed the “3-3-3” plan. The plan encourages students to exercise at least three times a week, for least 30 minutes each exercise, to get their heartrate to 130 beats per minute. It is hoped that students can exercise regularly to increase their physical ability and maintain their health.
