A : You studied design at university, why didn’t you find a job in that field?
B : I tried to, but there aren’t many jobs in design, and it doesn’t pay as well.
A : But you studied it for so long and can’t use it. Don’t you think it’s a pity?
B : I studied design because I am interested in it, but I thought it would be more important to have a stable job since I just graduated.

Many animals spend the winter in a deep, low-energy state known as “hibernation.” When food becomes scarce and cold conditions drain body heat, bats, hedgehogs, and some ground squirrels retreat to safe shelters. People praise the wisdom of owls and the loyalty of dogs, yet pigs are rarely commended for anything. Branded as lazy and dirty, they’ve long had a bad rap.
