A new ad appeared on eBay late last month. But it wasn't the usual type of ad for the auction site. This ad was really garbage!
The ad read, "Hurry: The real Neapolitan garbage!! Starting price: 1 euro (NT$45); shipment fees: free; ships to: the whole world; location of object: Naples, Italy."

As you can see from the picture, trash has been building up in Naples, Italy. This is because all the places the garbage used to go are full. No one wants a dump near their house, so there are no new ones. In some places, the trash piles are as high as 3m. Some piles even block entire streets.
Some people were scared of disease, so they set fire to the garbage. But the fires caused dangerous fumes. Fire fighters were sent to put the fires out.

A ‘Dutch angle’ is a classic camera technique that has been used in filmmaking since the 1920s, when it was introduced to Hollywood by German Expressionists. Why is it called the Dutch angle if it’s actually German? In fact, it has no __1__ to the Netherlands. The term “Dutch” is widely believed to be a misinterpretation of “Deutsch,” which means German in the German language. In any event, the name stuck, and the Dutch angle remains a popular cinematic tool to this day. This technique involves tilting the camera on its x-axis, skewing the shot to create a sense of
