Steve Brown uses a shovel to make sure corn is dumped evenly at the Deshler Farmers Elevator Company's Custar elevator on Monday in Custar, Ohio. Late fall is one of the busiest times of the year for grain elevator workers, when corn and soybeans start to pile up, waiting to be held in elevators, where it will be dried and then taken away by rail.
