Fly cheap, fly ted
United Airlines confirmed Wednesday that its new discount airline, part of the company's business strategy to restructure from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, will be called ''Ted.'' An artist's drawing shows the new airline's paint scheme on an Airbus 320. Ted will be based at Denver International Airport in Colorado and start flying in February.
