Some fear Commerce is growing too quickly.
"I'm concerned there are too many aspects built into the stock," said Jacqueline Reeves, Putnam Lovell Securities analyst who rates Commerce "hold," one of only four ratings below a "buy."
"There's perfection in there and one wrong move could be highly damaging. Moving into New York is expensive."
