China drafts laws allowing foreign firms to sell shares

"China's economy is growing while the US economy is slowing down, as are Taiwan and Hong Kong," he said. "We have the chance to sell more products and grab a bigger market share in China, where the market is still growing."

So far, just one foreign firm -- a local unit of Taiwan-based Tsann Kuen Enterprise Co -- has sold shares for a Chinese listing.
